Hongkong for a sum of Eighteen dollars for conducting the prosecution of the master of the ship "Red Rover" should be allowed.
In addition to Your Lordshiped
remark to the Postmaster General that, if Mr Hyland the Poetmaster had pursued the course
often, recommended of informing the Governor
whenever he made
any
such reference home, the delay of this reference back to Hougheny would have been avoided, I may state that Your Lordship's Circular of the 12th Aferel was duty
